I am clearly stating to you, that by IM'ing me, having read or not having read these statements, you consent to being logged and that those logs can be used at my discretion without any further notice beyond these statements in this "Pick". Under NO circumstances whatsoever do I give anyone permission to record any conversation with myself. Doing so will be a direct violation of the terms of service agreement and will result in an abuse report. If you do NOT wish to be recorded, please let me know prior the conversation or do NOT message me. You seem to miss a little detail. At some point, all of us had to agree to the TOS and the CS. No remark in your profile will change that. Sorry, remarks like this are totally useless. Also consider this: you bought something and need support... But the creator will not answer your IM because he saw this. What ya gonna do then? I had such a situation not so long ago. And solved it by simply stating the person that they agreed to the TOS and CS and just followed up with the support asked from me. But the next person might simply follow your 'advise' and not IM you. Simple said: yes record as much as you like, after all it's allowed. But publish, make public or anything else you are trying to get automaticly permission for... Can't do... Remember... You promised not to do that already. _____________________

Actually they could Ban you for posting logs outside of an LL platform..
Remember they can ban you even if they feel like it for no reason at all..So if someone decides to post up something that someone has said in a log and they happen to be a good friend of a linden..It could still come back on them hehehehe  _____________________

So you don't need to even say anything about consent to be logged, that consent already exists. Consent to use those logs at your discretion without any further notice than that statement in your picks? Even if they read the entry in your picks, no such consent still exists. If you wish to use those logs "at your discretion" you'd better make sure you get explicit consent, not any implied consent from any published statement. Otherwise there is no consent and nothing you say will ever change that basic fact. Under NO circumstances whatsoever do I give anyone permission to record any conversation with myself.
