How much time should we wait before attempting a half-assed answer, (to let someone more knowledgeable answer have a go at it)? Not being a forum expert, I really would like to know. I wasn't making an "everyone could have answered that thread but noone did... bad, bad regulars!" point  . My point was that that thread was only two hours old and already edging towards the bottom of page 2 because of many threads that don't really belong in RA (or that outlived their purpose and are just banter). If you don't have an answer, then you don't. Noone can answer everything. If you were planning on bumping the thread then that's helpful and thoughtful in itself  . |
