Mildly abusing the forum to thank all of you who supported Liome Beach Resort over the last 6 months. It was a great ride and a fantastic experience. The good news is that it's been sold to one of our own: Avion Raymaker. He's got some exciting ideas for the sim and I expect it will be a stellar rental project judging from the incredible properties he already has up and running. Special thanks go to my renters. I could not have asked for a better group. But most of all, I'd like to thank Rosie Castro for her tireless and incredible efforts on Liome. She made everyone feel like family and was the heart and soul of the sim. Simply perfect in every way and I'm forever grateful for all that she did for Team Liome. The last bit of good news is you no longer have to hear me say the word Liome again. Liome Liome Liome! How much trouble can I get into now?

Since the first day I heard that you were selling Liome I've had chills running up and down my spine. I couldn't imagine how terrible it was going to be seeing that beautiful piece of mainland cut up and destroyed like so much of the rest.
What wonderful news to hear that Avion is the new owner. Having been given the grand tour of Avions sims I can't imagine a better person to lovingly take over and care for your former baby.
My best to both of you!

Congrats on the sale Ray. Hard to believe. You made a beautiful place there. Congrats on getting an incredible sim Avion. Can't wait to see what is next for Liome. Rosie, congratulations on being such a fabulous person. You rock!

My best to both of you! Thanks so much Bradley. You were always so supportive and one of the sim's biggest champions. The fact that Avion bought it has changed my whole outlook. No need to mourn now!

Cool! Were I not so firmly entrenched in Peronaut (think barnacle on rock) I would have had my eye on Liome. Congrats on the (good!) sale and a general thanks to you, my own landlord, Ged Larsen and all the others who've put their resources into making the Mainland a livable place.

Awww, I'm glad Avion bought it. It will stay in good hands. So what's next now, Ray, now that you don't have to stress about land prices? Gonna buy more land? *hug* Seriously, I'm sad that you sold, but hope you can relax and enjoy yourself in SL without Liome.

My original home in Carlisle (another rare ad-free mainland sim) is still available to me. Stargate Tone owns it now, but my treehouse is still there. Thanks to Oryx and OneB too!

Well I might recommend Devolin Paradise, Masocado, Patria, or.... LIOME! hahaha.
Honestly, my places including Liome are all open to everyone, and a lot of people call them home even when they don't rent from me. So set home to Liome and consider it yours still. I'm thrilled to have acquired such amazingly nice mainland in such "interesting" times, when most of it isn't so nice.
And thanks for all the kind words and well-wishing, everyone.

Rosie, I hope Raymond provided you with a good severance package so you can take several months off before having to worry about going back to work.

Raymond, I am sorry your rental business didn't go well and you had to sell. I hope you're not too disappointed with the loss and didn't lose as much money as I did when I sold my land bit while ago. I don't know where to suggest you could move that would be affordable. Where me and my friends most of the land is already bought but you have forest but the few lots only 3 left are 512m2 size are bit over priced like 15000 and 999999999 but the rest of 2 sims I am at is owned by friends. I know you would be welcomed in Faeria in Huin by my Queen if you came by she may even grant you small place for a garden hut or sky gerbil cage.

From: FD Spark Raymond, I am sorry your rental business didn't go well and you had to sell. I hope you're not too disappointed with the loss and didn't lose as much money as I did when I sold my land bit while ago. Thanks, FD. Actually it went quite well and I was able to cover tier every month since we opened. I sold so I could devote more time to a RL writing project. Also, my seven-year-old son said something about me spending some time with him.

Spending time on real life is good if you got one of those things called a "real life"

Hello Ray, Just wanted to thank you for letting us live in Liome a few months back. We loved our time there and will always have fond memories of it, especially the time you let me go over the prim allowance! Watching you develop it gave us great ideas for our own sims. Rosie is the best Manager and showed us what great customer care is all about. Any Liome Residents needing a place to stay - including you Ray can come squat at one of our estate properties. We will be getting another region this week so there is plenty of space for anyone in need. Or -- if you cant drag your self away from the mainland -- we have 512 of unused tier available which we are happy to donate to you.
