I've been seeing a lot more ads in the land forum for grandfathered sims than usual and this concerns me because I have one. I wonder if people know something I don't know.... 1. It's the economy, stupid. 2. The recent price adjustment to Homesteads (nee Openspaces) has led people to suspect that more pricing changes are on the way. |

Because the ones with the cheaper tier will fetch more money up front. If you are facing a cash flow crunch, that lets you raise the most money with the least sale of assets. |
