"Login Failed"

I keep getting "Login Failed"... is this happening to anyone else?

Yep yep. Can't teleport, can't buy anything...the usual.

Couldn't upload a texture... server borked message.

I keep getting directed to the grid status.. which doesn't have a status for why.

LL needs to go back to the old "Gorillas banging on things" that replaces to the images in the logged in main home page.

The grid status page has been well and truley sucking the last month or so its pretty useless ie never updated.

hgrrrrrrr...62k online and i can't log in....

is anyone getting in right now or are they still messed up?
i wanna see if this browser thing works at getting me on again heheheh

Gah, apparently, it's not fixed, since I am still getting directed to the status page from the main home page. Yay!

I got in (twice; region crashed the first time) but on both occasions I had to wait it out at the login page for about five minutes before it finally started connecting to region.

just try this to see if it works..
i know it sounds silly but if you start to pause at the load screen just click on your browser and let it load and see if your sl starts to load..
i am getting in every time and it starts to load every time i do this..

why i have no idea but it's worked for me every time everyone is having login issues

How many times do we gotta tell you to leave enough food to feed the friggin gerbils that run the wheels that power your amazingly horrid servers???? Every weekend this happens...no tp's, clothes dont rez, transactions fail..It is the same thing over and over and over again ...You might want to take a look at the news....the economy in the USA is in the dumps and americans have very little spendable cash to waste on stuff...now ME i dont spend ANY money on your game and I wont for these exact reasons, however those who do are gonna eventually gonna go find something else to spend their hard earned money on like umm WOW or any other GOOD MMO ...BTW this is a rant and it is my opinion and as a american I am still allowed to voice it and dont tell me to go play something else forum flamers I dont want too I want and expect good service from a company who continually brags about how good their product is meanwhile Im stuck in my house for ANOTHER weekend cause I cant tp or buy anything!!!!

I would rather wait and play this game in good shape then have to be continually agrivated cause I cant do what i want to do on my free time....Finally I am not a land owner, I don't run a business nor am I a BIG corperation trying to get my product noticed I am simply a GAMER who loves this game and the social network and other things it has the offer..I am basically one of the ones who help make the land owners, store owners, employers, club owners RICH ..now ask yourself without US where would this game be?

Linden says logins are enable and have been fopr 20 mins, so we are all see a problem with our own computers, not Linden Labs. They assure us logins work fine.

I am sooooo happy its me and not them.

same place, as a small, bit fail;ry large portion of the US play SL,

1. alot of sim owners i know are taking their stuff down and moving to opensim becasue it's free and faster

2. LL is killing themselves with this, their product is going downhill, and they refuse to admit it, f@$!ing sad.

3. i don't car either, i have an event to be to, well, now, and i can't log in, WHAT BULLS--T IS THIS!?

i think LL knows of the problems, with economy problems like you said, the unemployment rate is increasing, and the industry that LL is in (tech support/ gaming technician) is getting worse and worse each passing day.

LL is privatly owned, yes, but they aren't gonna do so well, with competition popping up for SL, (opensim, Meet Me, there.com (which has been around longer then SL), and google's proposed 3d chat) it's not looking so hot right now, and even the president-elect said "the economy is going to get worse before it gets any better"

Yep - they lie! But this really isn't news to anyone here, is it?
