Does it bother you when you have sex with your partner in sl that YOU may not be "alone" - someone could be watching over your partner's shoulder in real? Or maybe there's a party going on and YOU are the main attraction?

Some people are worried about being with man as woman - but how about men and women being the "floor show" at a stag?

Just coz someone says they are alone doesn't mean they are. How do you as an sl sexually active member face this issue?

I wouldn't worry about it. The sex in SL is very poor, and if it was any good someone would have made a SL porno movie by now.

The fact that they haven't is a clear indicator of how bad the SL sex experience is.

I think at any stag party if someone put on a SL sex show rather than a real porno movie, they would bawled out pretty darn quick.

Wow, can that really be a fear? I mean you can cam into any area you want so having "sex" in world is dicey at best. I mean how can you operate your "bits" and still have a free hand to....well you know. Otherwise it's just pixels, I mean, can you really get off on that?

I'm not all that experienced with SLex, but it seems to me that the real action is what's going on in the private IM channel, not the animations. So hypothetically, if someone wants to cam over from the other side of the sim and watch my little cartoon in its repetitive and not-terribly-realistic animation, even though they don't have access to my private chats where the good stuff is, well, I guess they can knock themselves out.

Same here. In the beginning I was concerned, the only time I orbited someone was when they refused to leave my house during a "moment" early on, they actually came back and got a second chance "To Boldly Go.". But as I got into RPing I realized that it's all the same, I don't care if someone watches me RP so why should this be any different. The goofy animations and narrative, and that will be in private.If someone wants to really spend their SL watching me have fun instead of doing something they enjoy, meh. Their World, Their Imagination.

Also I see no reason why this question can't be asked in a PG setting, or discussed in the same setting any reasonable person.

I've been in situations where I'm mentoring a noob, and overhear (throuh an open mic on voice) several people talking back behind their monitor.

In such situations I feel a little bit "double teamed". I imagine that if I knew a flock of people was watching us cyber on my partner's monitor, I'd feel the same. But, I am just exhibitionistic enough to go ahead anyway.
