Over the past several days, almost every time I TP, I end up about 30 meters above the ground. I'm not flying beforehand and when I arrive to my destination I immediately fall to my ground. This happens when I search for a location sometimes but almost every time when I use any of my landmarks.
Even when I TP to my skypad or other locations in the sky I still end up above the destination and falling down. Anyone else experience this?

Hasn't happened in awhile for me. I always make sure I'm just off the ground when I TP.

Dig a hole about 30 feet deep and stand in the bottom of it when you tp - that way you should end up at ground level when you arrive.
Seriously, tp has been screwed up for me as well - I've had this problem infrequently, and much more frequently, I arrive from a tp and before I can move (say 1-3 seconds) I immediately tp again, however the tp never completes, so I have no idea where it's trying to tp me. I hit cancel and I'm where I wanted to tp to in the first place. I've asked, and to the people that are there, it looks like I just tp'ed in and was standing there. Weird doings. Bradley, I have no solution, but I feel your pain. _____________________

Hey Bradley,
Can you reproduce this through an exact sequence of events that will guarantee a borked TP? Are you wearing any attachments (flight feather, mystitool, etc) that might be having an effect? If you take these off, can you reproduce this? If so, write down the repro steps and we'll post it in JIRA. I looked all over it and can't find it as a bug. (A solid repro means that anyone can follow those steps and get the exact same result every time.) O _____________________

I've had this too for a few days, and as Bradley says, even when tping to regular LMs. I seem to fall from about 300m. I'm also losing all my attachments, including flight band, mysti-tool, etc.
Can you dig a hole 300m deep in SL? _____________________

But I'm in the JIRA mood lately and have been lurking around reading up on stuff. I'll post the issue if you don't want to, but you have to be able to give me a set of steps that I can take to make it happen to me too. (For what it's worth, it's happened to me once or twice... I always just assumed that I started from a higher elevation than the finishing point. Like if I'm standing on a mountain at 300m, and I TP to somewhere at sea level, I'll nearly always fall. That sort of thing.) _____________________

I have had several "traveling" experiences:
Once I somehow fell off a "cloud" and continued to rise in spite of every effort to stop....re-logging, re-loading, punching computer, etc. I swear I ended up in orbit around Neptune until it ceased 40 minutes later.... I have had hard landings that make my knees bend, shoes up my butt, and lost rings, watches, glasses, and "hug" attachments.... My most recent episodes have been with being sent in a downward walk into the bowels of SL "Earth" with no means of stopping. Never a dull moment when traveling in this world! _____________________
