yeah, strange isn't it... must be one hell of a long rope or maybe the lindens just sit back and watch all the fighting and squabbling, and laugh at us all. I think they are just kinda stuck. Sort of like what happens when you have not sorted your inventory for a few months and then you look at it and go "ach mein gott!" and then just sit and stare at it for a minute before closing the inventory window and going back to other business. _____________________

And what does any of this have to do with Second Life? Not a damn thing. Actually, a 9 year old, but not that you stopped to read it, or even care about anything outside your small world view.. If you stopped to think for a minute, things that go on in the 1st life influence what goes on in SL - it is not like everyone checks their perceptions and thoughts at the door. You are ALL off base. Talon's right about the OP's post not being SL-related...but he's wrong to have brought it up, especially in such a tactless way. And the rest of you are wrong to start wrangling about it. Shame on you, you know better. Let's drop it right here, kids. /me passes out chocolate chip cookies all around to soothe bruised egos and derails the thread... Has anyone else had a problem that started yesterday? My attachments, not all of them, but some on my av and also my HUDs, are attached when I log off, but missing when I log on again. /me digs the upper parts of her boots out of inventory and pulls them on...yet again. _____________________

Has anyone else had a problem that started yesterday? My attachments, not all of them, but some on my av and also my HUDs, are attached when I log off, but missing when I log on again. /me digs the upper parts of her boots out of inventory and pulls them on...yet again. I have had that problem on and off when they change the server code, and the only fix I have found so far is to remove every attachment, set the clear cache flag, log off then back on, then off again. Next time I log in, can attach everything and keep it on. |
