Traffic has a marginal effect on search. It's easier to get your regulars to help out by putting your club in their picks, and DON'T CHANGE THE PARCEL DESCRIPTION. And make your own parcel description good. Succinct, clear, and using good keywords.

In reference to picks increasing search. If an avatar has more than one pick in their profile(for the same parcel), does it increase search results by a larger factor? Nope, because the link to your parcel comes from the same page (user profile) so you won't boost the scoring. It's the as google: if you put a link to another website on yours, multiple times, it won't boost the external link scoring. _____________________

If traffic was eliminated it would solve all of these problems plus eliminating the need for endless posts on the subject.
