From: Natalia Zelmanov Heehee just sorry for causing such a commotion ;P Hi Natalia Didn't cause a commotion with me...as posted above...I LOVE the face lighting, especially for photos. BTW, LOVE the updo styles that can be clicked on (by me or another *winks*) to unclip the hair

Natalia! *hugs* Oh no hun, there is no commotion from me. I absolutely adore your hairs and the facelights do not bother me at all. It's only when I go somewhere where they are not appreciated by others. I am very happy to know that you've scripted your hair to turn off and on as needed. This is something you absolutly should not change!

if its scripted and has mod permissions, remove the script, or, you can contact the owner, i had the same issue, just ask her if she sells a non-lit version
if naything i wouldn't be worried abotu it, light illuminations doesn't use scripts, it comes with SL (looks very beutiful in windlight with the glow turned on i might add)

Czari and MoxZ, heehee thank you so much! Lol I use the facelights all the time for my blog pix (thats why I added them to the hair). But a few customers have "yelled" at me about them, so I know its a bit touchy BTW, heres a tip for pix if you have facelights: if you are in an area with lots of local lights and the facelight doesnt seem to be working, just Right-click on your hair, select "Edit", then take your picture (this forces all your facelights to be in focus, and does affect anyone else ). Kiboe, lol unfortunately, Im the silly mermaid responsible for Sirena Hair But you are right, you dont need scripts for facelights. The scripts in the facelight prims are used for turning the facelights on and off only. And I am begging my brother to help me with a new script that would make it easier to change/adjust settings.

From: Roisin Hotaling I haven't looked at the Sirena hair contents folder, but I'd like to turn that facelight off too. I wear a fliptag which has a facelight included, so one night when I was wearing my Sirena hair I was apparently lit up like a Christmas tree and didn't realize it. The excess wasn't showing up on my screen but a friend took a picture--I was radioactive! Yes edit it and select parts then turn off or lower the light.

face lights don't really help... if anything they tend to make you look foolish imho
Most clubs I've been in have rules that prohibit light spamming with face and heaven forbid body lights (saw more than one booted for super sayan hair)
worst are the cheap ones with the 10m radius, max strength and no falloff...
almost as bad as some of the rave gear out there that practically make an entire club lag out.
