Of course, here we all are laughing, and it'll prolly turn out he's a member of the US senate whose speechwriter is off for the Christmas break.

if its an alt then wth the guy is weird and doubt the government cares its a game. its a fun game and yes its worth playing meet people follow rules if broken its like going to prison you are screwed. some people think they are king of this cool game and they learn that they arent. besides its good to have rules/laws on games cause if not then you would have lots of problems. i lost my partner but hey he learned that he needs to go to sandboxes and check out items that people given him. XD he rezzed a box in help island and got terminated lol
