my partner just called me in the morning saying that his account was terminated for unknown able reason, he was wondering if there is a second chance of getting his account back.

second life doesnt give out second chances they've declined and wont give accounts back that has been terminated or banned from the game. you only path is to create another one and move on.

Has your friend tried to appeal the account termination? These things *have* been reversed in the past, if the termination was in error, which LL can sometimes establish when reviewing an appeal. Assuming the friend really hasn't been doing anything wrong, it would be worth contacting billing support to learn how to go about trying to get the account reinstated. (Billing won't be making that decision, but they're one place that should take the call and tell where to direct further correspondence.)
... Okay, that was written before the subsequent post appeared, threatening death and destruction. Given that post, I retract the assumption that the friend didn't do anything wrong. Now I think it more likely this "friend" uses SL to traffic in child pornography and automatic weapons. |
