That's really unfortunate. I didn't know it was possible to tp into land that you've been banned from. That's a new one. I also didn't know that there was a way to get ahold of your private chats. That's definitely a TOS violation. I would take a really careful look around your property and she if she dropped some sort of chat logger or spy device. That wouldn't record private IM's, though. Check and see if you're wearing anything you don't recognize.

thanks guys...i had someone come and do a sweep of my land and also got rid of some attachments and replaced them. yes i suspect that it was either a bug or an alt or a good friend of the other person. i have contacted several of the creators who are my friends and given them a heads up and they are totally supportive. But this witch hunt needs to end...i see it all the time in these forums and on slex. People who have no interest or biz even investigation something go on a witch hunt and determine that anyone who sells anything made by someone else in doing something illegal. this person even had a fit about something that i was selling in a little spot i have for yard sale items that i have for sale for 20L! good grief...so now im not supposed to resell things that are full perm that i bought nor resell things from my own inventory that i just want to get rid of? the worst thing about all this is that this person appears to have some sort of following and im afraid she may also be doing this to others in SL. i wish there was some place we could post the names of these people so we can all be aware and just ban them...
also, i have seen the ban thing where they can still enter happen before when you ban them from the about land windows when they arent actually there. kinda sucks LOL

Why do people automatically assume that if you sell something that has another person listed as the creator that it is not ok to do that? I am NOT a good builder so i buy the full perm versions of a few things and yes...i resell them... So is there such a thing as some official "floater" and if so, what is it LOL Ok input please...holding my breath for the glancing blows.  Its just one of the idiots in SL that think everyone has to live by thier rules.. just kick/ban/mute them You can also AR them for harrassment if you feel harrassed by them  because that is what they are doing trying to make you feel bad for reselling things they think you shouldnt |

In an office Temps who have no real department that are assigned to various projects that need a lot of repetitive work ... are sometimes called floaters. Along that vein - in an operating room, a floater is the surgical tech or nurse who doesn't scrub in and is available to make phone calls or get equipment or supplies for the surgeons outside of the OR during the proceedure.

In the olden days breeders used to put bad puppies, buscuit eaters (dogs that would not hunt), or unhealthy puppies in a potato sack with a few heavy rocks. They would then pitch said puppies into a near by river. If the sack was not properly tied there would be a few "Floaters" down stream. Needless to say, the fellow with the most floaters was considered a bad breeder. Now-a-days if you hear someone mumble "floater" at a dog show it means the exhibit in the ring is a really badly bred (ugly) dog.
