So how was the shopping trip?

I had a meeting, I missed it.

What did ya get?

We started with quite a few people. Went to Angel's (AlchemyAngels), We then went to Atashi's store.
After that we hit Bradley's Bamboo Bungalow - where we ran into the man himself who joined our party. We visited International House of Style after that, a couple of us then went to TK Clothing where we finished (I then snuck onto Primal Art).
People left on the way and some joined. i had a really good time. Thanks for coming everyone.
The stores were really good! i was very impressed!

We had a bit of an argument over Group IM which is always fun but that petered out. We had confusion with IM not working and people crashing etc lol. All good fun.

I bought a Sari from International House of Style and some tattoos from TK and from Primal. All round a good trip. I hope everyone enjoyed it - i know I did. And we will have to go again becasue there are so many places we didn't get to!

Oh, and though I didn't get many pics, Atasi's dungeon was fun for them and i got a couple at International house of Style too.

I couldn't make either of the times. Pity, coz I would have gone if I could. Ah well, that's life. Have fun shopping, folks, and spend lotsa L$!

Hehe the dungeon was great, the Iron Maiden, eek!! I managed to get a fire pit and a tat at the last shop after most people trickled off.

I didnt get to hang around to meet any of ya, RL stuff and all.

Nor my store. I'm guessing that the list of forum denizens who have stores is long enough that it'll take a bunch of trips to get to all of them. Give it time... I'm sure all our stores will get an Official Shopping Trip Visit eventually, assuming folk enjoyed the first trips enough to want to do it again.

The second trip, at least, was firmly and fairly managed so that we were simply marching up the list from the bottom.

I stayed for over an hour, and only a fraction of the list had been done. So yes, I'm sure the forum shopaholics will visit all these stores in time!

Actually, I have to admit, my husband and I decided to explore down the the list a couple of days before the shopping trip took place, we had been looking through stores for hours and realised we had only got a fraction down the list so yes, seems the shopping trip could go on for days and days if possible We will do what I presume many will go on to do and thats explore and shop at our leisure with the list.

*nods* its a huge list! We only managed half a dozen or so, maybe less? There was a bit of a russle in group chat that kind of slowed the trip down

I was away most of the day so when I logged in I was pleasantly surprised to find the group visiting my store. I had security on alert but most did not get too far out of line. It was pretty much the end of the tour so I joined them to visit Oryx's and Theo's stores. I hope to make one of the others coming up, I'd love to see many more.

Perhaps as a suggestion you could do alphabet tours.

So one tour to all the shops beginning A, next one to B, next one to C etc, etc.

As the list is long it might be an interesting way of getting round them all.

I believe that's what they were doing up until they reached my shop. There were only a few left at that point so they were looking at places where guys could get clothes. At least I believe that's how the tour went. One of those that started earlier than I did can correct me if I'm wrong.

I kinda "joined" in the fun through the group IMs. Was a laugh! Though got a bit crazy once you lot reached that dungeon and the argument started. That's where I decided to bail out. Shame I couldn't join the real trip, but hope to make it another time (when I've got some money to spend and I'm not facing a deadline).

Since I was still developiing my shop parcel I was glad they didn't reach the S yet, so I can add some more products before I get my share of visits When the tour was at Bradley I decided to join as well, and went along to Oryx's where I bought a great sarong. Nice to wear when on my parcel, and my first non-gothic style clothing!

I had orginially suggested we go down the list alphabetically but someone suggested we do random stores. I thought as a first trip it would be nice just to go where people wanted to go, so that is what we did.
Also, there are like 60 stores on the list (believe me lol, I still have the notecards), and it would be aaaages before we even got to anywhere the guys would have been able to buy clothes.

Im glad people enjoyed it. Though the dungeon was scary! I lay on the rack for one second, and all of a sudden there is a series of clicks and '...has turned the wheel'! I think they secretly liked the screams of pain.

I guess all of the next time suggestions mean people want another trip? Anyone else want to have a go at organising it or d'ya want me to do my disorganised chaos again?

By the way Bradley, you didn't miss much drama really. but it did stop pretty much as soon as you logged on lol

I think another trip would be great but I do think it definitely should stick to alphabetical. I think it's the only fair way to ensure all stores get visited.

It was no problem, seriously, I really enjoyed it. Organising things is kinda my thing, I just have problems keeping *me* organised lol. But the notecard was fun! I'm still having info given to me so will update it again soon lol. I have a feeling this will be an ongoing project

Alphabetical seems best and the prference of many, so if the next one is the A and Bs? Its just that we visited a couple of As and a B so we could prolly do both on one trip.

Nor me, across the street from you, at Honey's...and I even stocked up on a couple of new outfits for it!
