Jeremy is discussing SL with the sky reporter and phone in guests at 12:00 gmt radio 2.

Thought you might like to know (usually on BBC listen again service (I think) for those that miss it)

In fact, you can listen via the BBC website wherever you are in the world.

My 'resident answers' question for using this forum as an announcemnet... um... 'where did I put my glasses?'

I get the impression that it's very, very overhyped, and very very untrue.

Same old story... sensationalise it and break it as a big media controversy, rather than report it to Linden Lab or the police.

Most of us here can vouch that these things are 'not the norm'.

Ive been in SL for nearly a year .... and i am so against the "alledged" kiddy porn, problem is that when you have even the "normal" ladies and gents who like to role play being a child NOT porn they get labled BECAUSE of those who get thier kicks out of "virtual" paedo sex.

Im not really interested in what peoples arguments are either pro or against BUT its abviously causing a media frenzy, as I said in the last year I havnt been exposed to ANY of it....but like in RL ... if you SEEK ... you shall FIND

Child abusers of course, but even as disguisting are the so called "Journalists" who fabricate these one sided innuendo filled stories for the sheer purpose of sesationalist titillation. And the mindless lemmings who see this garbage and take it as truth without learning the facts for themselves, in any instance not just this. SkyNet, CNN, etc. There is your list of Genral Scumbags.

Those who can see through the hype are, I fear, in the minority. After all, the UK's biggest selling daily paper in the Sun.

1 hour 15 minutes and we're still not there... just listening to some sutt now about hospital infections. Seems like it's being left to the end of the show and might not get much opportunity for us to share the truth?

Yeah its a well listened to show

It drives me nuts as i have to listen to it in a shared office. This is the guy who devoted a half hour to deciding if caravans, tractors or horses were the biggest nuisance on the roads...and people were debating it!!

Not all of Radio 2 is bad - I enjoy Folk on Two on wednesday evenings - but this is certainly a random selection of 'music', using the term in its loosest possible interpretation.
