Is there anywhere in sl to buy a fierce pair of tweed wide legs women's trousers and pointy toe high heel shoes? The porn queen look isn't working for me....

go to Last Call they have a huge sale going on..100L per outfit on most of their stuff and almost all of it is professional buisness woman attire. I am quite pleased with the quality.

hmmm shoes?....check out armidi and shiny things for nice professional sculpty shoes that hide the sl foot.

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

Try Stiletto Moody's, my favorite place for shoes in SL!

Yeah, try Stiletto Moody's if you want to pay 2-3x the amount you would spend on similar quality shoes elsewhere...not to mention the excessive (and annoying) scripting.

For heels, I have a few that I really like. One pair is from Insolence, I really like them. I have a few pairs of pumps from Shiny Things, and they are also very nice. I saw a new heel at Maitreya today also :-)
For pants, I would try across the way from Last Call, at Celestial Studios. They have really nice slacks, and they have my fav jeans in SL :-) Also look at Tuli.

Hi Aebleskiver

I just released a two pair of sculpted slides -- one with bow, one without. Pretty simple design and they look great.

Shoe Fly Shoes -- come check me out ;)

The woman who is building those shoes at Insolence is a Prim Goddess!!! Her shoes are amazing builds.

"The Abyss" has some of the best womens combat boots that I've seen. I found the best pair of "converse like" tennis shoes from a freebie store.

If you mean like regular slip on flats.. Im clueless.

I like the ballet slippers at Shiny Things...I have some other flats, but those always seem to wind up on my feet on the rare occasions that I actually wear flats. I generally don't wear the ankle laces though.

You might look at Boing Fromage too.

I spent a fortune in that store! And when SL messed up the deliveries ( I did not notice I was in a buying frenzy!) ..the creator made a folder and resent me everything after a polite notecard with a transaction history :)

Last Call for business attire? I like their clothes, but I wouldn't call them oriented toward the businesswoman all that much. The one business outfit I have from them is called "Boardroom Seduction", I think, which should give you an idea of their mindset...

For shoes, Stiletto Moody's are gorgeous, sexy, a bit slutty, and VERY expensive. I prefer the shoes from Tesla...they have some gorgeous classic pumps (not real pointy toes, though) at about a third of what you'll pay at Moody's. Armidi has some fabulous open toe pumps.

Try Shai for the pants. I don't know if they have a wide leg slack, but their stuff is very stylish and restrained (for SL, that is!)

I think I have a suit from DG Creations, too, but I can't check my inventory right now.

Hmmm I didn't buy that one. I did buy frida and freda and magdalena and Atrea which Im wearing now..its alot like a nice offwhite linen pantsuit with bellbottoms and a chain belt. Nice little non see thru camisole and a matching bolero jacket. What i'd like to call Professional without forgetting that youre a woman suit. and I bought a few others as well that can be interchanged.

I would just head out to "Free Dove" first. They have a lot of nice freebie stuff there and I got one of my most fav pair of stilletos there... They are color change too so I can pretty much match any outfit that I wear. Don't know if they still have them though.

I'm posting some links to various blogs of my favorite places. Also, www.secondstyle.com is a great website. They publish an online magazine and feature the top designers and fashion trends going on in SL. There are so many wonderful content creators out there in SL, but here are just a few of my favs :-)

You can try one or both of these as well:

http://fashionplanet.worldofsl.com/

http://fashionfeedofsl.com/

They basically compile posts from a number of different blogs.

Shoes: Damon Gorilla, at Adam and Eve, is the king of pointy-toed shoes, sculptie and regular, in a range of prices.

Insolence is also very good, as previously mentioned.

I notice that Tesla has a pair of "town-and-country" style plaid heels.

Slacks: Haven't noticed tweed, tho I'm sure they're out there. I did pick up a very nice brown wool suit with turtleneck from, oddly, Solange. Very appropriate for business occasions, I wear it with a variety of blouses.

For springlike weather, try a peachy outfit called Silk Grace from Black Moon.

Industrielle (which I think may have changed names recently) also has some conservative clothes. The old links still work, and point you to their new store.
