I believe that Black Ops and Breach are the acknowledged leaders in gun design, detail and scripting and make weapons compatible across a variety of combat systems in SL.

I'm going to sell a bag of rocks that you can throw at people. I hearken back to a kinder, gentler age of weaponry, when our ancestors killed each other with pointy sticks and Fred Flintstone clubs. When a thrown rock was a sign of affection, meant not to kill, but only to render a prospective mate unconscious so you could drag her by her hair back to your cave and make sweet, sweet love to her.
On a serious not, where's Alicia when we need her. She has a pretty impressive collection of weapons. I know because she assaulted the Greedy Greedy table at the hangout. The table deserved it. You certainly watch too much CSI....  There were also pet prims on sale somewhere....blue boy prim and pink girl prim.....

While it may not actually protect you from a grid crash, it at least gives you the ability to Do Something rather than run around, panic and cause more trouble.
She also sells a Personal Ban Line that encircles your avatar as well, along with all the protection that lurid red floating text can bring... Not to mention the hilarious and effective beehive launcher.
