yeah, you dont 'drop in' for a quick visit to gurl6. its like a total event in itself.
i really with she would organise things better like etd. id love to see all the piggies on one wall, all the bobs on another, updos over there, etc.

I'm a G6 whore, I think the reason why it takes so long is that she has soooo much more in her store. Probably hundreds of hair in there by now, with at least 8-10 different color packs, then add in all the shoppers, and I agree, it does run slow.

ETD has only had a few pieces I liked as far as hair, I should look around again, maybe it's gotten better. But man I've spent crazy in clothes, accessories at ETD. Has ETD's prices on hair come down in the last 6 months or so?

Actually my problem with G6 is not that it's slow, it's that there seems to be no organisation in the displays other than a separation between flex and non-flex. Most bigger and even the small hair stores have their wigs organised in updos, pigtails, long, short, flex, non-flex etc. It makes life soooooooo much easier. It went along to look for a particular style at G6 the other day, which I'd spotted on a blog, and gave up in the end.
Ooooops this is a lot like naming names isn't it

Gee, my problem with Gurl 6 is that I don't like the styles or textures...

Yeah, I just tend to spend most of my hair money at ETD or Deviant Kitties...I have a few Calla, HCT, Naughty, and Kin as well, but Elika and Hely keep me coming back.

Here's a question: why the hell does Lost expect people to have a size 60-70 head? I have the WORST time editing Naughty hair. *sigh*

I had a list of my favourite styles and she gave me the first one not noticing me announcing my pick after the list.

This after a talk about if I could only pick among the L$1 or the entire store.

Simple misunderstanding.

Had a list of:
Question
Cloud 9
Ariel
Runway
Engagement
Abundance
Fancy

I didn't have Moonlight, Icey and Finesse on the list, but I should have.

So I picked Engagement and got Question. My problem is that I would like all of them in both Sultry and Diva... (and whatever pack I can get them in black)

How about checking transaction history in your SL account? If you got freebies they should show up as a 0L transaction.

Having been a Gurlywood (GuRL 6) Customer Service Representative for over a year now, even I sometimes have a bit of trouble finding things! Six has said she is coming up with an easier system to find hair, so look out for that! Feel free to IM me in world as well if you are looking for a particular style, and I should be able ot point you in the right direction! Although I do wear other hair, Six's will always be my fav, and I have so many hairs of hers I couldn't even count them! With the person who was getting their free hair, normally putting the name of the hair you wanted, just the one, would have gotten you what you wanted, if you put a whole list down it would have just been confusing for Six. Even though she has lots of time for her customers, and will help out anyway she can, she gets masses of these vouchers everyday

Yeah she told me she gets about 60 requests/day.

The entire thing started with a question if I was only allowed to pick among the free styles or the entire store as the Voucher didn't make it entirely clear. So I sent it to her with a pick among the free styles and she said it was the entire store and let me have another pick.

I now have about 610 Linden to spend. I still have some recommended places to visit.
