I used to use ICQ phone which was pretty cheap to talk to a friend in australia and I"m in Canada so its a long way.

There are other versions like skype around but they are cheaper and in some cases phone calling can be free depending on where :)

I think this is how voip started ..

I know the competition that will come along someday is learning from LL's mistakes. But do they have to make so many?

Not free, but probably far cheaper than direct call would be...looks like $.024 per minute with VAT, or $.021 without. I don't know where you are, but that appears to convert to approximately .015 EUR per minute. Also, it has a prepaid option, so you wouldn't have to make an unnecessary investment.

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

File a support ticket.

This person wants help now, not years from now.

Hi group , thanks for all suggestions and help. the issue have been sorted. When i was fiddeling around in the ticket submission bar i for some reason could file a basic support ticket without selectin an specific issue. So i did and hoped for someone to pick that up. And someone did. I have got the money and all is fine.

But i would think Billing issues would be open for anyone to file. Not just paid customers.

Thanks all

*sighs* Yes, their ticket system does seem to be a bit outdated.

And Kalle, I'm glad this got resolved. I agree, it's rather stupid that billing tickets can't be used by those who aren't paying. Especially when it's their first time paying!
