Got myself into a bit of a pickle.
I have arranged a Masquerade Ball on Sunday, 2PM PST, and so far it is me and 16 females. I desperately need some backup here guys. So, if you are available at that time, enjoy ballroom dancing with gorgeous girls, have a tuxedo and a mask (I can let you know where to get one if you don't already have one), then I want to hear from you.
Please contact me inworld for further details.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

Need maid, Urgent!
One will suffice, but two would probably be better. My place is a wreck, and I hate doing dishes. Uniform not required, but if you are a guy, I do enjoy the 'disheveled' look (hence the state of my abode). Day old beard appreciated.
IM me inworld. References required

I've heard of a plea for men before, but never for 10 at once. BTW - If it is you and 16 females, why do you only need 10 guys? Are you good enough to handle 5 women all by yourself? That is a pretty tall order, especially when dancing is also involved. And if the answer is yes, we should definitely talk.

From: JamesMichael Morane Man, you guys are incorrigible! Must you derail eVery thread?? The OP did not have a question in it. How are the Residents supposed to Answer without a question. So a few of us supplied some questions. sheesh - the 503s have returned with a vengence now.

So far Zero have. We should therefore blame JamesMichael and Desmond for derailing the thread - since they are qualified, but did not volunteer.

Mr. R____,
I regret to inform you that I have as of yet been unable to locate your recently advertised "Formalwear and Costumes" store. However, I easily located your club and your 16 female "pay to play" fembots. They do dance nicely, but I am sad to say that they continue dancing whether or not they are within wireless networking range of the control room in your club.
This distressing shortcoming in their design was revealed when I "borrowed" two of the fembots and transported them back via long-range gate to my apartment home in the accommodating storm drains (not sewers, mind) in the walled free city of _____ _____. All attempts to rewire the motion control circuitry failed to interrupt the dancing, although I have had some success patching to the latest version of CP/M and adding several language modules.
Luckily, my creative instincts bore fruit after some experimentation in a large but equally subterranean activity room.
In short, Mr. R____, I am pleased to report that mechanized tribadism is sufficiently entertaining given a floor of moderately highly powered trampolines and randomly distributed proximity explosives. Also, the complete works of Theodore Geisel are astonishingly "gorgeous" when spoken in a Boer accent even when somewhat drowned out by environmental noise. Consider me satisfied!

I will just log in and see a whole raft of volunteers who didn't join in the derailing of the thread. Result: Blank, zilch, nicht, zip, how can I put this, zero, nary a one, a duck, nought, naught, love (think tennis here), nil, nothing, no-one, nobody. I wonder what this says about the average SL male? Rock

Yr. devoted customer,
Snark Serpentine Hadn't heard of CP/M in many, many years. My first computer was an Osbourne 1 (Z80, 64K RAM, dual floppy drives)

From: Rock Ryder I wonder what this says about the average SL male? Perhaps nothing. It MIGHT say that the average forum male is at, getting ready for, or going to the party which shall not be advertised, at the place which shall not be named. If I were in need of dancing guys, I might be tempted to make a texture advertising my desperate need and put it on a sign there. Or just wander around there now and again during the day and try to recruit. From: Snark Serpentine Mr. R____,
