i like the mainland waterfronts. there are some nice ones in areas where 1/2+ sims are up for sale on the newest continent... .at very reasonable prices.

I found my first land with the help of friends. It's on Mimas "mountain" and it has a road system and a mixture of builds. I own other land but Mimas is "sl" to me.

I open up my main map and turn on "land for sale" then look around the areas that I think I would like....beaches, mountaintops. I also locate the large island group owners (usually with covenents) and do the same with those properties (using the map)
