From: Cole Riel Yeah, yeah I know it's against the rules but why do you worry about someone doing this? It's not your concern, save it. If you'll notice she acknowledged she wasn't aware of the rule. Pointing it out for her protection seems the cordial thing to do.

I have spoken to Brad and verified this is the same person who was doing this at our shop a month or so back, was repeatedly warned and then banned.
Is there another person in your shop whenever this person is sending these IMs, and is this same other person always there? Sometimes these types use an alt at a place to send the names to the main AV, the main AV then IMs the people, this of course makes stopping them a lot harder but there will normally be a common other person in the shop at the time.
Its actually quite common lately to find people doing what this person is doing, normally its standing at other shops hubs and spamming landmarks and notecards for their own shop, what is more unbelievable is how surprised and hurt they act when you remove them for doing it.
You would not expect to find a guy from Burger King forcing ads into your hand as you walked into McDonalds, quite what makes such people think this behaviour is ok in SL is beyond me.
And though what has been said is true, LL will probably not take action against the person, you can be take some comfort in the fact that most people will not buy things from someone who does this, people tend to buy from places they trust and if this person has such little regard for others as to do this, would you buy from them?

Usually, those places post a "No Soliciting" sign and when I have seen some of the scum of life doing it, a nice word to the manager and they wind up escorted off the premises by cops.
Yes, there are people like this in RL.. just dealing with them isn't as direct as one can deal with them in SL.

I wouldn't buy from such a person, but it gives people in SL which have not much money, and if they found maybe the same for a lower price they will buy it for the cheaper price Its normal I think. O only went to the Biggest and greatest shops in SL to buy my stuff... But maybe this isnt right too ! Anyone must buy by new shops I think the person is gone... but a friend of me have contact to my sim owner, and he will check if there is any object of her, and wil remove it and ban her from the sim. I dont see any person in my shop which is often there. But yesterday: I saw a message like "radar v.2131231233 scan..." (something like this). Only one person was in the shop and i went to him and ask "Do you have a scaner ?" Directly the person teleports away. (bevore I asked him he was in the shop for 30 minutes).
