"a person " - damaging SL business

Hi

i have a problem with this person.

She comes in my store are is talking to other people, to sell them her own stuff, by telling them my stuff is bad.
later i recognized that she is doing this in all sexbed stores.

I want to show all people three chatlogs of her.
only to feeling better

I have reported it to linden, and hope that something will happens.


(i deleted the chatlog, because it isn allowed)

Conny, while I'm sure you have good intentions here - you're inadvertantly breaking the forum rules by posting what you did.

You can't 'name names' in order to call someone out in this forum. If you want to do that, you need to post this stuff to a 3rd party forum.

Posting chatlogs to this forum, (unless you have the person's permission) is also a big no-no, and can get you into trouble.

I'd edit your post, and take out the identifying information of this person - or remove it alltogether, and post it over on SL Universe (http://forums.sluniverse.com)

you need to take her name out of your entire posting. it's against TOS to name names in a derogatory manner here, and i hate to see you get in trouble and get banned from here for not knowing the rules.

but now oyu know them. ban her, mute her and then get on with your life. best of luck.

wow thanks for that, she needs a few new lines in her pitch. I actually have a sex shop and am banning her right now as I write this. that is just so tackless, and how can she comission 169 'unique animations' being so poor? yes definately put signs up, I may do the same. some people have absolutely no class at all.

She is talking to the people by not standing in the store. she is outside and is talking with them via IM !

I think she have a radar outside on one of the parcels of other land owners, or have some other avatars which are checking the place out for her.

The problem is, that customors may buy at her store.
But if they dont do that, they will leave my store, because they dont to talk with such a person....

I get three messages this night of customers of my shop which are unhappy about that people are in my shop and try to sell there stuff...

I think lindens cant do anything...
I think they will not delete her from SL and i think if they say she have to stop it, she will continue it...

I got messages on mass over the night and on the day of customers in my shop, sending me chatlogs of the person !

She must have something at my sim (neighbours parcels) which tell her when people are in my shop, because when people are entering my shop they get a message of her after 20 seconds !

Does anybody have an idea what i can do ?

I have spent 10 minutes walking all around and not received anything. Have tried to look and see if anything suspicious on the boarders but haven't seen anything. Will try again later today.

I know I wouldn't shop somewhere that resorted to those sort of tactics.

I am in there right now, have been for about 5 minutes nothing happening (oh,except for a guy in here trying on various types of female clothing, right now he is in a fetching white top and skirt, a minute ago he was in a very sexy strapless bikini!).

Who knows, even scammers need to sleep I guess!

Do you have a general time-frame in which this person has been bothering people at your store?

If so, it might help to post that (in SL time) so people know when to take a look.

Next, is there a possibility that she placed a scanner on your land? Is your land build enabled? Does the Objects tab of About Land show anything weird?
