You could possibly accomplish the same thing by simply adding payment info, maybe using it once or twice to buy L$.
BTW -- NPIOF means No Payment Info On File. Giving them premium would entitle them to live support as well, wouldn't it?

Your bot might have been imposing "an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Linden Lab's infrastructure." which would make your bot's actions a violation of TOS section 4.2 (end of the first paragraph).
The only reason I remembered there was something in the TOS about this was that I've had to reread it too many times; one of the "perks" of being a forum mod... you get very familiar with the rules (I don't fault anyone for not knowing).
Personally I think it was the RiskAPI kicking in.
