When I first saw the thread title, I thought someone found a linden dollar on the sidewalk or something. That's the one really sad thing, that there's no "coin of the realm" that we could see and put in a shoebox. I remember people doing art with little piles of adena in Lineage2 - or if you go into a monster's lair you could see it sparkling - the last remnants of fallen warriors. And just think of the blingtard possibilities if there were real gold $L coin! Hm. $L 1 coin - spiky-hair Philip on the front, a hippo on the back, $L 10 coin - Robin on the front, the "hand eye" thing on the back, $L 100 bill - Cory on the front, an opensource licence to copy the bill on the back $L 1000 bill - a PN griefer on the front, your credit card number rezzed on the back $L 3 coin - the Ginko investment guy on the front, a pyramid on the back $L 1 million bill - Anshe on the front and 'land for sale' written on the back In M we trust!

In my Bay City store, on one of the walls, I have a picture of a framed L$1 bill (taken from Acradia Asylum's very cool free money tree) with a screenshot of the auction listing. I'd love to see some other examples, though! Mari

If you wanna spot a Linden, go to the SL5B music stages...... there's always a couple there at least. And I've seen a few at live music events before as well.

I met a Linden a couple of days ago. I wanted to get a couple of trees on Linden Land moved. I submitted a ticket, asking nicely, of course, and after I hit the submit button, I went to the loo (probably a bit more information than you really need there!). When I came back, Frontier Linden was standing there, dressed as a cat in a frock coat and the group title, Furry Linden!! He duly deleted the trees, and was gone.
Support tickets sorted in the time it takes to go to the toilet - not bad!

I attended WGBH's inaugural concert in SL, which was a piano recital by Jeremy Denk about a month ago. Attendance of approximately 40 avis maxed out the hall quickly, and that included Pathfinder and at least two other Lindens.
The only other non-office-hour times I've seen Lindens have been at live music events or clubs: Cogsworth, Torley at a piano recital on Oyster Bay, and one I can't remember at the Blue Note.

Thats kinda Creepy, I see lindens all the time. I speak with Lindens quite often. Some days I can't turn around without having a Linden parked not 20 meters from me. Am I under some scrutiny? Am I special? Is it the whole Satan thing? *Looks behind me in case one might be lurking in my office* Now you guys got me worried. thanks a lot!

I just left Torley's office hours where he was, like, "It's too bad the forms are closed to only a few residents" and I totally told him that the forums opened up to freebie residents recently. (^_^)
I guess he didn't get the memo. (=_=)
Then I poked at him to start contributing some orange text once in a while again. (^_^)y

This is simply the liaison recruitment program. If you don't crack under the pressure you may be doing live chat support soon. Good luck.

Lol! Well, I think that is a Linden requirement. Of course that whole Tao thing could render it unenforceable. I think lady Lindens are issued the "Super Sad" printed underwear with the sad philip smilie. From: Amy Faddoul Like..Eww. I didn't know he was a Fur, though. Both Frontier and his non-Linden account go around in furry avatars most of the time. Frontier is usually a black fox with a top hat. I haven't seen his other account recently enough to remember what that one usually wears.

From: Cristalle Karami Me. What's in Avaria? Grendel's Children, possibly the best place on the grid to get ultra-cheap, unusual non-human avatars. My favorite so far is the hermit crab.
