How to make a few quick L$? Just like, 1-3L$.

I was told I can't use money trees since my avvie is too old [but I just started playing yesterday, finally got a computer that can run SL!]. So I was wondering is there an easy way to make just a few L$ here and there?

For tiny amounts like that, try camping. But really, the easiest way to get $L is to buy some, with a credit card or a PayPal account.

Begging sucks and you will get majorly ignored and verbally smacked down -

For less than $5.00 US (don't know where you are) you can have $1k Linden - isn't your entertainment worth a measely five bucks? - Yes you can get a job- but why? If it pleases you, go for it, but in my not requested opinion- working is what you do so you can have fun - SL is fun - Now, if you can work at fun stuff that's another story. But really the money u wd earn in SL mainstream jobs is sooo little - it is nt worth it. And the ones that pay better, you need experience for- right now u r still figuring out how to attach things... you might want to go easy on the stress factors.

camping still exists, but it's not supposed to. but then, neither is bot traffic gaming and that's being completely ignored.

if you can find a spot, then getting that spot is a major waiting chore, the pay is ridiculous and bots are still stealing them from man-run avatars - so even if you found a spot, and it paid well (or not), you'd be competing with software that is faster than your reflexes.

don't get me started on the whole damm thing...

Can you sing.. tell stories...read poetry? You might try finding a nice freebie medieval costume of some sort then find a nice RP where they don't mind.. and set out a tip cup.

I really hope the begging suggestion was a joke. There's no faster way to lose everyone on your friends list, and get banned from your favourite groups and places. Not to mention the people you are begging from have had to earn or buy their lindens, so why shouldn't you?

While you're looking for a source of income (and I can never understand why grown adults can't fork out the price of a cup of coffee to buy a few lindens) there are more than enough freebies in world to keep your Second Life busy and entertaining. And if you can afford a new computer in RL, then surely you can afford to drop just a few bucks into the game to buy some lindens.

Start a Ratings Improvement service on SLX - charge people with really crappy product to give them 5 star reviews ..

Try dance contests or dancing on stripper poles.

- Most clubs will award someone in a contest a few hundred to as much as a thousand for winning with 'best in theme.' If you have a nice shape and a good supply of freebies, you can win a contest every so often, and pretty soon you'll have a starting supply of coin. This is the best route to go if you DO NOT want to get into SL-sex...
- Some clubs do a twin contest, best guy and best gal. These contests seem to happen in just about every kind of active club, from PG to XXX - so just choose a place that is friendly and matches your sense of style.


Dancing on stripper poles will give you maybe 20-100L a night if you're silent, and a -LOT- more if you 'cyber chat' the crowd. Effective use of nudity or suggestive outfits goes a long way...
- That said every now and then some random male will just toss a few hundred my way without explanation. Well, I have my theories on why they do it... but they usually time it right before I'm about to log, so that doesn't really work so well...
- You do not have to let things get out of control if you're not willing to. Pole strippers are rarely expected to do anything more, unless you're doing it in an escort club.


There is also escorting... but well, that can be pretty extreme. Even if you think you might want to do it, and are pretty wild, wait a while and make sure - for your own good...

you can get a LMC (lucky money chair) hud & wear it. you can get one at RezzMe or other places that have chairs. it will tell you where there are lucky chairs with the letter of your first name. you can get between 1-10L$. sometimes you might have to join a group. many are free.

I used it alot when I first started. I made between 300-900L$ a week. you discover alot of new places & find some great stores.

i have a empty camp spot in my free sexyland Noob hangout over club Peelers... go find it.

you know, that is by far the bestest suggestion ever... i might just go and do that for fun some day, maybe even without a tip jar thing or whatever...
