can anything be done, nope and even if it were a service that you paid for within SL (not paid LL for but another resident) and did not get the promised service, still nothing you could do as LL won't get involved in res to res disputes (so they say)

What she does is called swindling, and yes, that's probably against the law in most countries.
But you don't have proof of anything. You pay money using an external whatever bank, and she receives it, but doesn't give her non-physical product she promised. Also this you can't proof.

So how do you proof an MSN cam session didn't take place? Complaining to Linden Labs about it is not going to work, because MSN is not their product, DUH, and they can't check anything.
And you pay in what? Linden Dollars? So you can show you paid some character, but they can't figure out if you received your product or not. So they won't do anything with your report.

Anyone can claim they have been jacked, but without solid proof, Linden labs will not do anything for you.

1) Search your inventory and find the folder "Brain".

2) Open it, click on the contents and choose "wear".

3) Use your Brain attachment at all times. You will find you no longer need to ask the obvious.

chatlogs from SL, if you turned logging on in the viewer.
Otherwise transaction receipts, Trying to find other people having the same issue with that person.

Other than that it's hard to proof anything, because you also used more than just the SL viewer. That is the only evidence that LL will take as true, maybe. I never had this problem, so.

Just don't trust people just like that. Especially those who show their butt to anyone on a webcam.
