I shouldn't bother with Cafe Deco. Just up the road from me at Alcis sim there is a nice little cafe where you can get pizza and cheesecake with your coffee. It's just underneath the "Shop around the Corner" with a nice view over the river - great little spot for a romantic rendevous and what's more, I bet they could spell espresso correctly.
