A sad thing has happened in my real life, and I wish to let you all know about it, only to assure you that I"m not giving up on business, but if my replies to your customer service requests are slow, here is why.
My r/l husband died suddenly Thursday, Feb 19. We had no idea he was ill. It' was a very traumatic and horrible time. I'm not posting this for any ploy for sympathy or assistance, I just want you all to know to be gentle with me. I'm greiving...SL is helping me through, in that I have friend here who I can talk to.

Danielle, I'm sad and sorry to hear about your sudden loss. I can imagine the pain and loss you must be feeling at the moment, as something similar happened to me some years ago. Spending time with family and friends helps. Just keep in mind that there are many people out there, in your immediate circle and also here, who wish you nothing but well.
