Okay I found a building I really do like, and probably going to buy too.
First let me tell you what I am planning to do. In total I have about 35000 sqm of land. That will all be used for my plants store, so the ground level will look awesome for the neighbors.
Maybe in time I will add a second level for plants, at 300 meters for example. Prims enough, I am prepared for the future.
At about 600 meters, I will create a platform of half a sim, where I have my furniture store. Half of that will be used for the store, the rest I will simply decorate. So no one is going to see the build from the ground. Nevertheless, I want it to be awesome looking!

All merchandise could be places on one level, but there is a second level available. Since I prefer to keep my erotic furniture separated from the rest of the store, I could use second floor for that, and use signs plus teleporters to alert customers to it. There will be teleporters all over the place anyway, I like to make things easy on my customers.
