Well. I almost wonder how many residents will actually build on the land in the new continent. (^_^) I still wonder if land owners in the (Adult) regions can hold PG events without any assumed guilt of any ARable "Broadly Offensive" content. (>_< I still wonder where Blondin was coming from about non-sexual nudity when the Gteam has proven over and over again that there are people in the lab that don't believe in the concept. (T_T) So... Do we have a set date for Blingnacht? (o.o)

For those who can't be bothered to wait for their map to load ... There are buildings there already. Ursula 57 looks like some sort of trailer park in the making. I'm not sure what all the ugly grey wall things are on the northern sims.

I suspect those "walls" are roads. Though putting roads along sim borders tends to create a less than ideal experience.

Considering most people will be there to type with one hand, I don't think roads on the simlines will be that important of a problem. (^_^)

I did roads on sim borders for the first 4 RUCE sims, and it works fine. The sim border is the centerline of the roadway, with two lanes going each way.

My impression of the terraforming so far in Ursula, from what little we can see on the map:
Billiard table flat. No one who currently enjoys realistic, non-flat terrain will find anything, anywhere in Ursula, that will be the least bit acceptable in terms of terraforming.
I find it interesting that there's several sims there that already have some structures built in them. Yet it seems impossible to teleport to them, even if you are both age verified and payment info used. And yes, my avatar has verified that her age verification flag seems to work in-world. I tested an age-verified micro-parcel on my group-owned land shortly after age verification became possible. I could enter the parcel, and so could another age-verified alt, but a third alt that was not age verified could not enter the first 50M above the terrain.

I don't see that, unless they've changed something since I was in-world last. The north is flat, the south has mountains and rivers and things.

From: Argent Stonecutter I don't see that, unless they've changed something since I was in-world last. The north is flat, the south has mountains and rivers and things. Everything in the North, between the road grid, appears to be dead flat. Everything in the South, betwen the few loops of river, appears to be dead flat. There is some indication of a rise in the Eastern sims, to a more rocky terrain, but that could just as easily be a texture-only change, there is none of the definition that I would associate with actual terrain that has any noticable height diferences to it. I can't TP into the area to actually look, so all I have to go on is the SLURL map. In fact, looking on the in-world map, the areas South and East of Ursula 132 and 179 seem to be no higher than the neighboring green sims, but just have incompatable terrain textures - barren moonscape rock instead of grass. My initial guess would be that there isn't a single terrain feature in the entire continent that projects any higher than 30 Meters altitude, or about 10 M above the water surface. Can't tell the surface by map clicks. They all come up as 61 M Z height, even if you click on the water.

It looks very much like it's still a work-in-progress, so who can tell what the final shape will be. I really don't like those grey wall/road things though.
Perhaps the structures are there for some sort of private Linden kinky party and that's why we're not allowed there yet.
