If you no longer feel at home there but can still afford the tier, make everything as hideous as possible and don't go back.
If you still like the sim in spite of the jerk, put him on mute, ban him and do what you want.

By all means, AR every little thing he does to harass you. There is a category that is close enough for sploders and their ilk. Be sure to let them know with each AR what his motivation is and that you are being harassed because the are trying to force you to sell the land and leave the sim. Take note of every act of hostility and AR, AR, AR.

Original sim. Westward facing on the largest (totally--No groups with the power to eject you when there's a race going on.) public access lake on the grid. Fully completed road. And it's clean. There's only one 16m plot on the whole sim, and it's under water. (one of Blue Buttons) drat... well in that case, megaprim invisawalls at ground level (to block the clutter from your sight) and mute the other guy so you don't have to listen to or see his objects.... =)
