Following the question raised in post 73 of "Do Our First Names Have Significance?," I thought it would be helpful to start a thread where emotes and shorthand expressions could be found in one place. While many or most of these might seem common knowledge, we do have a very wide age range of residents so there might be people too embarrassed to ask. Hope you find this helpful.

As an alternative to SLT, I have (thankfully only once) heard LST, meaning "local server time," but confusedly took it to mean Local Sidereal Time (time measured against stars than against Sun). OFFS - Oh for F*** Sake also, i will just stream a huge list of letters, numbers and symbols - usually when SL is messed up and i am mumbling a load of incoherent curses and swear words. But you don't really need the details of that _____________________
