Your mother was a gerbil. And your father spent his time running on a wheel.
I bought my mother-in-law a gerbil fur coat.

Pep (She wore it to the fair and spent all day riding the Big Wheel.)

I think Jerry Lee Lewis got some publicity that, while he enjoyed the cause may have also bitten off more than he could chew.

But wasn't Fatty's friend older and less consensual, if I am thinking of the right incident?

Great balls of fire, why do I remember or know this in the first place? I didn't even have to google that.

You gotta hand it to the Japanese.

http://billsmovieemporium.wordpress.com/2009/07/06/review-heisei-tanuki-gassen-pompoko-pom-poko-1994/#

"The animation is beautiful, raccoon balls have never been displayed in more epic fashion."

http://www.xopl.com/blog/2006/01/26/tanookinuts.html#

"Pom Poko is an anime film from Japan about shape-shifting raccoons with magical balls."

I'm not making this up, you know!

Ok, Argent, now those are great balls of fire. And I am wondering how YOU know about THAT and hoping Google WAS involved! :p

Ooh, my conspiracy theory is you're up to something in the style of Who Watches the Watchers :) Will we be taking nominations today for a top secret committee, possibly called ....'Feted Inner Cynics' to secretly supervise whatever the G Team was replaced by? Scribbling up a diagram to be pitched at an upcoming meeting?

That's all I got, sorry :o

Oh no, I have that film. Along with most of the major films by Studio Ghibli. This is the equivalent of a Disney classic in Japan. It's a perfectly normal kid's movie.

I'm not making this up.

I never doubted you for a second :) I am a great lover of rabbits but other than Rocky Raccoon pretty unknowledgeable about the masked bandits.

The book, but haven't read it since I was little. Never saw the movie. And none of my bunnies have numbers in their names :)

I hadn't seen the movie until recently, but it's not bad. Don't bother with the TV series.

Miyazaki rocks.

So do raccoons. Except when they invite themselves into my house, which one did over the summer. I heard a "thump thump" behind me while I was working at my computer, and when I looked around, a raccoon was slowly and tentatively making his way down the stairs from my bedroom. I sort of "humphed" and glared at him, and he slowly and disconsolately turned around, and made his way back up the stairs again . . .

He forgot to shut the door behind him when he left, though. Humph.

I'd like to eat your bunnies. It's gotta be easier than snaring or shooting wild ones. What do yours taste like?
I really love rabbit meat.

Along ther same-ish sort of lines, W.C. Fields said "I never drink water, fish f*ck in it."

Ooh, I meant media raccoons. I know a bit about the RL ones. In Nor Cal they get huge and travel into your house in mobs. We would use the broom to get them out and they would barely budge

Dealing with raccoons is easy.

Just lace whatever they are going after with copious amounts of hot sauce.

This works for bear issues, too.

Sadly it does not work on humans. Unlike more sensible species, they will come back for further pain again and again.

True. But not people garbage. I'm sure fish garbage is much nicer.

I don't much like lobster anyway.
