You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.
Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

From: Love Hastings I came home the other week to find a girl, a bondage bed, and a horse. It might not of been what it looked like Maybe she was a environmentally conscious house to house bondage bed salesperson.

Maybe she was a environmentally conscious house to house bondage bed salesperson. The bed belongs to another in the house. And, how shall I put this... something was stressed a bit beyond what it was used to, and there was a popping or a snapping sort of event. At least that's what the girl happily seemed to indicate. The bed was fine.

How about a big prim box on top of the bed to discourage passers by? A scripted prim that sits at one corner of the bed that resizes itself to cover the bed when clicked and resizes back to a corner prim when clicked again... call it a bed lock or something.

From: Maggie McArdle there is the third kind as well, those who do what the ops, umm "roommate" do, use another's home/parcel for rendevous with other avas, and pretty much don't care that its your home. had a lot of that until we just did as the ops landlord did. and yes its only funny for about a day. That's what I actually meant when I referred to those who think an empty house was open to anyone to use, but you're right there are three: 1. Noobs who think that all houses are open and available for all to use. 2. Those who have old landmarks 3. And the most common one - those who just don't give a damn that their tresspassing.

I had a tenant the other night move out because of a neighbor in the sim "spying" on him. I talked to the neighbor and he stated all he did was fly by. I suspect the tenant just wanted an excuse to move and get some of his money back. Which I did give him on the remaining rent, only because the argument was going nowhere and the amount was not much.. What bothers me though is they have a security device and this neighbor has been on it for awhile now.(Nice guy,he just likes to fly around the sim a lot) The tenant claimed that the guy came in their home and sat down. But I don't see how that is possible since he would have been immediatly ejected as soon as coming into their space. I also don't see how it is my fault that this guy flew/came in to their home...go figure. I guess I control the SL population now.

By the way I should mention that the neighbor paid me the money I lost, even though I did not ask for it. I thought that was pretty nice of him.

Gibson is one of the closest Mature regions to the Ahern welcome area. We get a lot of spreadeagle, gradually naked avatars. I swing by the top of a building to see what a visitor's up to and it's some sensitive flower of a skinned but smooth-crotched guy. "u had to pick my building, im nekkie here". Sure, man. Your building.
I ought to write up a request for llGetAgentInfo(PANTS_ON).

From: Kathy Morellet Are your homes anywhere near the 128,128 map coordinates for the sim? That is the default landing point when someone clicks a sim on the map and teleports there.
I made the mistake of placing one of my rental homes such that the living room was right on 128,128. Needless to say, my tenants had lots of unexpected company for a while. Change the landing point. As the parcel owner, you can set the LZ anywhere you want. Or allow incoming residents to arrive at any location of their own choosing. Or if you've subdivided it, you can let your tenants set the LZ in their own parcels.

Or if you've subdivided it, you can let your tenants set the LZ in their own parcels. Once it dawned on me what I had done, yes, I did move the LZ. However, since that was still the closest structure to the LZ it continued to get used as a gathering place for avies just wandering in.
