I've been trying to find pictures of myself that show how I worked out the chest area. But, for some odd reason, almost every one I have has my arms crossed. (>_<;)

Clothing shaders aside, I think I have worked out a descent torso for myself, and really worked out the legs about a month ago. I'm a little too attached to my shape to treat it like a handout, but, if anyone asks while inworld I'll glady tell you some torso slider values that may work. (^_^)

Here's a roughly good example of my current proportions. It's the identical shape used in my goth shot above. (^_^)

Be sure to check out the (full image) zoom in as the resolution is 4x as big there. Sadly, the outfit has shaders so it's not the best example. (T_T)

So, I think my original post in Conan's thread was the first introduction of a child bloodlines. I'm glad to see that start provided so many creative ideas. Now that people are taking it to heart, my original question of... would a kids camp allow child bloodlines in? Or to expand that question. Would they allow vampire (evil) children into the camp?

Don't see why not: as I said before, we've had a vamp or two at the elementary school. Long as they abide by the rules (camps and SLs), then what's the big deal?

I once went to an Easter egg hunt in full jungle boy gear. And I met a little drow girl there. Nobody had any problems with either of us being there.

Like a lot of other places and sub-cultures in SL, kids are extremely tolerant as long as you don't get too crazy with the rules.

~Smile~ Immy dear my ears are burning. Small shapes aren't so much hard numbers as they are Magnificent marvels of mathematical magic and perspective.
Of course I make 'Doll' shapes so there is always some proportion up top and such so that they look lovely in their outfits.

Here's a shot of Rose for an example quickly.

Please meet my Dark Child, her name is Winter.
I made the shape myself though I am not happy with the chest (there is too much of it) and I may puff her face up a little more but she is as cute as a button and gleefully dark *smiles*

I saw this pale child in a crowd, twirling 'round in her dress, a doll clutched in one arm,
oddly adorable. Then came the smile w/ the fangs!

Her name gave me nickname envy! :o

You may want to try using a male shape to get rid of the chest. Or there are a few free kid shapes floating around, which I've been using.

Glad you decided to go for it!

Hi Ava, we will definitely have to hook up inworld. I tried the male shape but it makes the av much bigger even though sliders are the same values.

You were at the right place but was looking at the wrong AO, I bought the child AO that is just around one of the many corners there - not a great store layout admittedly.

Nevermind, found it upstairs!

As far as I can remember (I will have to get inworld to confirm it) it was just called Child AO

You're right, I thought it was but I could not be sure as it was late when I bought it :)

Yeah as I said above i found it there. But, I was disappointed not to se the groundsit available on the pose stand, since this is what I currently need most. I don't like it when I sink into the ground. :(

I noticed one poster downstairs that said what avatar height animations were made for. Would be nice if more did that.

I must admit I don't understand, my av is the smallest height I could get and the ground sit from that set does not put me underground at all.

I think you misread me. The groundsit from that set wasn't available in the posestand, so I couldn't preview or buy it. It is all OTHER groundsits that make me wormfood.

Just stopping by to say I found another kid's ao, with several good sits. :) Wanted to mention it incase someone else was looking. Affordable too!

It's called "Child ao" from Tail of Two Kitties.

Creepy/Vamp Children - Safe hangouts
07-30-2008 20:14
Hi,

Not sure if anyone is interested but my daughter Ysandir Dharnen has a small hangout named The Ot@kon where they have Creepy Child dances and spontaneous parties :^) The Ot@kon is open all the time for anyone who wants to play or dance or meet up with friends. It's basically an Anime/Manga fan hangout and whatever else interests my daughter today/this week/this 15 mins ;)

She did this in response to the many clubs, goth and otherwise, which started to ban child avs from their premises...even ones which have no sexual content are doing it. She's very proud of her creepy vamp child avs and likes to take them out with her friends and have fun....

If you guys find more safe hangouts for the creepy child avs please do share them so I can tell Ysa and her friends where they can go and not be immediately booted.

Hi,

I found a nifty shop named Twisted Kids with some fun and creepy toys, skins, clothing etc :) As I'm an indulgent mother I couldn't resist buying some of the toys for the creepy children visiting The Ot@kon :^)

Have any of you actually worked with troubled children? Done anything for them? Helped them out?
