Avguste, you may want to touch base with other educators in SL. Most of these folks are with institutions, but some are not. Also, some of the SL campuses have actual classrooms that they let other teachers like yourself use.

Though there's an intimidating number of links on that site, you'll find that the volume of info isn't all that large :)

I would try NMC, I think. There was also a place called Nonprofit Commons that made spaces available for folks to use. If you don't yet have students, maybe look for a place that is teaching languages already (I know there's at least one language school in SL) and see if they need an SL-experienced instructor.

Of course, the best way to have a quiet place to teach in is to rent land on a quiet island estate.
