- Every weekday morning, somewhere on the sim, I see a stack of these people just standing there on some for sale plot.

No not in land sales, but they do inflate traffic if they're using show in search places.

I've started noticing that lately as well. Just this week, a rare parcel with 4 sides protected went on sale in my home sim, and I've been wondering why there's been a bunch of people hanging out on it. They're all obviously associated with the landowner because of the Brazillian and language groups they have in common, I'm just not sure WHY they'de do that.
Maybe it's for some perceived traffic boost, as this guy is one of the ones that got spanked for camping 20+ bots there. I've "no idea" who might've reported him *whistles the chorus from an old game show while looking at the ceiling innocently* lol.
I DO hope he gets a good price and a good buyer for it, because it's choice land I'd like to see preserved, and also because I know how many body parts he must've sold to acquire it at the price he originally payed.

It's a 1424m (I think, or close to that) with Linden road that encircles it, and just adjacent to the LL river and suspension bridge. Last I saw he wanted 39900 for it, which is quite costly, but still oodles cheaper than the 80+k he payed for it about 6 months ago. Not that great for a home plot, but I can't think of a better location for a small store. It's also right on the noobie driving/flight path coming and going from Yadnis junkyard.

Whoa. Yes that is a lot.

People just do not have a few hundred to spend on a tiny plot of virtual real estate these days. He might have trouble even at that price. At around 25k it might sell.

People try to get what they paid in RL too and it just does not work that way. It's not the buyer's problem to reimburse them for more than current worth, but I can understand why the seller would hold out. Emotion, need, or greed.

That's true. A quiet spot right in front of it nestled on the protected river there went unsold 4 different times at high prices, but finally did sell at around 25k or so. I knew the owner who said she has tons of cash and wasn't worried about it, so that's why hers was so pricey for that long.

Aww!

Well if it is any consolation something good came from that break.

I tried with someone else's psd files and just got frustrated...I wanted to change the lipstick and couldn't.

By the way are there any av files for photoshop that are 3d, to allow painting that way?
