I liked the old sky and sun. I used to sit and watch the sunsets in SL. No more though. Windlight has not increased my enjoyment of SL a bit.

Someone with a sim might be able to fake it with a megaprim sky dome and some scripting.

I'll bet it could be done with the day cycle editor.

There are plenty of spectacular Windlight sky presets.

Thank you Cynthia. The shot was actually taken in 2006, pre-WindLight. I can't recall if there were any sky options at all to work with at the time. I did cheat a little with this shot by using Paint Shop Pro to 'clean it up a bit.'
