I don't think they can, as they can't invite people into the land group so they can rez things. I guess they could offer to set out affiliate vendors though.

Since group invitations were sent only on Monday, I guess winners have till Sunday to claim their spot (i.e., rezzing items on their parcel). I've seen some parcels are still vacant in all 3 locations. I wonder how these will be "offered to the public".

I found Mia Linden at Luna. It seems that those parcels that go unclaimed will be offered to people who entered into the Lottery in the order in which they submitted their entry.
Heh, I found out Mystitool can't detect Lindens... :-(

Lindens can switch back and forth between "showing" or not. When they want, they send a command that changes their classification and they are no longer an "agent". Sensors only detect agent, active, passive and or scripted.
