From: Oni Horan oh im facing reality, im not complaing about them fiddling around in my private issues, im complaining about the unprofessional way they chose to do so, involving everyone on my friendslist, my IMs, items i receive and finally shocking and unsettling me about what the hell is going on. I'm sorry....involving everyone on your friendslist....by -not- talking to them? What did you expect LL to do, actually pretend to be you and hold conversations? And if you got an email about it, I'm not sure how else you expected them to handle the situation. Sounds like it was an emergency that needed fixed immediately.

Sounds like it was an emergency that needed fixed immediately. no i expect them to do this so noone has to notice, invisibly and silently and if their technical team is not capable of making this insanely complex challenge possible, to at least send an automated reply to people messaging them explaining whats up. what i noticed was a pissed off friend, i have no idea who else was involved, friends, customers, it doesnt matter, i shouldnt have to worry. LL needs to be as professional as a bank considering the amount of money that goes through my account, ive never used a credit card somewhere in a store and was told "sorry, but your credit card is being used somewhere else right now", to do research and find out, oh no worries, it was just the bank conducting some experiments... that must have been an interesting emergency too as i havent been doing anything for about two months. but really i dont care about what they did or why, after they were done i received a simple "we're done, nothing to see here, move on" mail and once again, the fact that theyd be logging in with my account was never mentioned anywhere at all. |

From: Tabliopa Underwood ooo! lol. I got logged out not so long ago for 24 hours and couldnt log back in. No email or anything. Maybe was because a Linden was trying on my stuff  I sure hope they washed the bed linens afterwards.
