You won't probably believe but most likely most Second Life users are either disabled or older generation.....

Mojito, steer clear of skins that look shiny and get yourself some decent body hair - I think it adds a bit of age to the body. The Body Hair Shop's rather good, but that's the only name I know and others may be able to suggest other shops.

The hair on your head... don't ask me, I've never found one that i like, apart from my original 2006 Dante hair.

It's not reasonable to expect SL to be a mirror of the general population because SL is going to appeal to a certain niche group. At any rate, you are entirely correct. 20% is not even close to a majority, so no matter how skewed the stats are, there is no way you can come to the conclusion by looking at them that the majority of SL users suffer from some sort of disability.

I'm pretty sure however, that the majority of residents at certain nameless locations in SL are suffering from some sort of severe brain trauma. You can probably figure out the locations yourself.

Where you talk with a published writer (often someone you haven’t heard of, but they have a book on Amazon) who will tell you how they became writers. If there is time, they will listen to you read your stuff and tell that you it’s good but it needs work on a) structure, b) characters, c) dialogue. Then they will collect their check and go back to their country house or studio apartment in New York."

Goldarnit, I expect some dividends for the five and half decades I've been around. So I'd sure as hell better sound different than some 30-year-old whipper-snapper that's wet behind the ears!

Just wondering how someone over 60 should sound? I work in a virtual world and most
did not know I was as old as I am, which is 64. I do not try to act young, I just act my age,
but that does not mean I have to act old. To me when you close your mind you are OLD. My partner is young and she knows my age, we share a lot of things and are different on a lot of things -- but most of the differences are culture, not age. She is exposing me to different music and most is good.

O f course she did not know who Pogo was when I said I was voting for him for President.

I thought my teasing tone was pretty obvious, but you actually provided one of those markers of age that I use without thinking. I'm gradually getting used to making references that no one gets any more.
