OMG Jig - you said the magic word...cilantro... /me drools

Dont forget to finely chop the stalks as well when you put into a soup or stew/curry. They are packed with flavour.

Here's a quick trick I taught Hal. It makes a steak sooooo much better. Buy a rib eye steak. Now, you see that little piece of fat that every rib eye has? Remove it and push pieces of it into the meat. It will melt into the meat and make it so much better. Smalll slices of fresh garlic also poked into the meat will be absorbed. Use the Russian/Ukrainian garlic - pinkish.
I learnt that from a friend who is a chef and it turns a ho-hum steak into the basis for a great meal. If you can make pomme frites to accompany it, dont forget to sprinkle lemon juice from a half of a fresh lemon over the fries and a sprinkle of salt - in this case, I use Murray River pink salt from Australia because its "saltiness" has that mineral quality demanded by the fresh fries.

I extend my hand in an offer to make our peace with each other. It's not right we should argue and upset others in the forum. Real life is too short to argue even in secondlife.
Argue? I have argued the shortcomings of your posts, which you have now acknowledged.

You have said that you intend to rectify some of those shortcomings, although posting a correction such as "the (teh)" is just as distracting as the original posturing. I would be delighted for those that wish to read your posts if you manage to fulfil your commitment to making them at least legible.

Having reviewed your contributions since you made your decision, however, I may find grounds to take issue with you in the future because of disagreements with your posts' viewpoints, although it is more probable that I shall pass over them because they are likely to be poorly presented diatribes.

This is nothing personal; it is merely my universal attitude to posts here - outside the Undying Thread. You don't qualify (and never have done) for special treatment.

Primates. Spoiled rotten. Give 'em an opposable thumb and the secret of fire they think they own the planet.

hominids, feh, I'm a felinid (well in SL anyways). fortunately for you, fellow carnivores and omnivores aren't on the menu...

Jig, I'll pass on the squirrel, (didn't like the local variety last time[fox squirrel]), but your rabbit and game hen sounds delish, I'll reserve judgment on the goat, last time I had that, it was rather tough and stringy, but it was long ago. no beets though, never developed a taste for them.

That reminds me of that one Seinfeld episode... ya know... the one with Elaine being chased by the neighborhood dogs after borrowing Jerry's coat...

1 bunny + 1 bunny = 4 bunnies

4 bunnies + 4 bunnies = 32 bunnies

32 bunnies + 32 bunnies = complete sim takeover, bunnies need more room and rule the world!

After spending vacations in a dairy and pig farm on the Murray River, I wouldn't trust any salt that bears its name.

But, on the other hand, you should still be able to get mutton in Australia.
