Always have good respounce from them. If its ASAP they are always taking care of the matter. I give them 9 out of 10.

Does it usually take over a half hour to get a response on live chat?

Mine are rarely open for over 2 weeks old... LL normally just close them without answering them :)

I've stopped using ticets now unless a concierge chat specifically asks me to do one in which they can immediately act upon...

Concierge live chat is great (with the exeption of one member) and 99% of the time, problems are resolved immediately (unless you are unlucky enough to get the bad 'un) :)

I have used live chat 5-6 times over the past few months, usually to ask for a restart. I have always received response within 5 minutes and sometimes immediately. Having a couple of minutes is nice because it gives you time to type out the problem in detail. I did submit a support ticket to ask for some terraforming on protected land and it sat for a long time (2 weeks). Prolly cause they were too busy rotfl. It finally did get resolved, but only because a Linden who was not part of support happened to stop by one day. I closed the ticket myself after that.

Most of mine have been resolved in no more than 5 days, that includes having the sim I own land in restarted on two occasions in the same week. Those were both the same day or over night. The longest was for a sim being down, did not really effect me, I really only reported it because I was bored the first day, but then that was about the time of SLs last batch of major issues so I guess it was not the top of their priority list.

I had some of my names disabled because I did not put truthful information in them. I filled out the *special* support ticket for these non-premium accounts, and all of my names were restored within a day. I had to fill out a different ticket for each name, but some of them were answered within the same day. I wouldn't fill out any tickets on Friday because they wont be resolved (earliest) until Monday. They might also get lost.

I've only put in one support ticket, went a week and a half before it got solved on its own, then I closed the ticket myself

Since it just took over an hour (and still no response), I closed the chat and opened a ticket. We'll see....

question: how many of you with aged tickets are concierge level members?

so if you are asking if i have a paid for 72 bucks a year account then i guess i qualify. however that should not matter. if LL wants to maintain a solid customer base, separating the haves, from the have nots wont help.

The first is making shoes at night while, you know, while the old cobbler sleeps. You can bake cookies in a tree. But the third job, some call it, uh, "the show" or "the big dance," it's the profession that every linden aspires to.

I am asking if you pay more than $125/month.

Live chat is wonderful, although I use it only for what I consider "emergencies". I'm asking about routine support tickets, and I'm concierge level. The inconsistency shown in this thread is amazing, to put it kindly.

Problem is not everyone has it. There are more NON concierge THEN Concierge members. I think there is a massive confusion on how it used by NON Concierge. If you having such wonderful service why even bring up this topic issue? It just upsets people more then helpfulness.
