... I could maybe hook your up with a cylinder.

Well I dunno let me think here... would a 0.2mm-thick cylinder be close enough to 2-dimensional for you? Hrm, how about a nice octagon?

... it really is very nice. You'd like it.

There's a Universalist Unitarian group/church as well. You might try asking them if they know of any working circles.

Dimpled, hollowed, and flattened sphere is as close as I can get.

I was going to suggest the UU group as well. If you join it and ask in group chat who may be in a circle I am certain that you will receive responses.

I know that many with the UU group are also affiliated with pagan and wiccan groups in SL.

We might laugh a little if you tell a good joke

Q: Why do SL women hate trash?

A: Because the trash gets taken out at least once a week.

Have you tried 'www.google.com'?

http://paganismwicca.suite101.com/article.cfm/pagans_and_wiccans_at_second_life

(no idea if any of it is still valid, and my avie is a godless prosaic creature of science, so no knowledge on the subject at hand.)

does no one use the ring shape?

actually a paper thin sphere that's not hollowed would've been better I guess...

Robin Sojourner (aka Robin Wood, creator of the Robin Wood Tarot) owns a store inworld called Practical Magick, on the Serenite sim. They have an area set up for teaching and a Stone Henge. I'm not sure if anyone's involved in a formal circle there or not. You can see Robin's site at robinwood.com

It appears the circles in Donald's avatar are meeting constantly.

I'll clarify, as this is often some confusion: Robin is one of a few people involved with the Practical Magick store in Serenite. So are Serenie Bard and Keith Extraordinaire, who own the sim (and my too: I sell my plants in Serenite). I'm not sure if they're doing any public circles the right now.

Meanwhile, Robin Wood *does* have the Wiccan Learning Center, as well as her "Broom Closet" Wiccan and Pagan sture on the (wait for it...) Livingtree sim. She is not currently hosting any public circles on the island.

I have a guest at my castle who is active with a Pagan Grove in SL. Send me an IM in-world, and I'll get your info to her, and she can fill you in on what they offer.
