My guess is that if the land were terraformable into above water beach, it would have been done already.
If you like the area, then embrace the water. Build a cute house on stilts with a dock and a little sailboat. Please don't put prim "land" down. That stuff is usually beyond ugly.

I probably will end up buying on the water, you can't beat the views. I will build some land on the water and put my house on it. Thank you so much Tiana for helping me with building. Sorry to say that I will probably put down a free house until I am ready to build my own. |
