Some offices close during the holidays but for the most of us, late December is a really busy time of the year. Double shifts to cover those who are off, etc. Instead of being paid, you 'get' to take those extra days in January. I'm thinking it's probably something like that. So far, we're doing pretty good, no?
I still miss Strife's comments, though :D
