OK, grasping at straws here...you might try going to PayPal's site and deleting your billing agreement (My Account>Profile>Financial Information>Pay List) with Linden Lab, then coming back to SL's and establishing a new agreement. Sometimes that works.

If today is your first day, you can purchase $25 of credit, but can only buy up to $10 USD worth of L. You must increase your credit first - you must carry a USD balance. Use the Increase Your Credit link and buy $25, and then go to the Lindex and buy L - preferably do a limit buy, the rate will be better.

That's never worked for anyone who reported Linden purchase problems on the forums. I've seen several who accidentally increased their credit instead of doing a straight buy and the Lindex absolutely would not let them buy Lindens until their trade limits increased.

But the Lindex pulls from your USD account balance before yanking anything out of your credit card or paypal account. I have my tier and membership sitting in my balance right now. If I bought L, it would come out of that first. I honestly think LL wants the $25 in credit first, no matter what. Either way, he's getting the message that he needs to increase his credit. I think it's a clue as to what he needs to do.

Yep, I know, I'm just telling you what people have reported.

Search "mystitool' and goto that store. When you walk in on your left is a credi card server system. Its quite inexpensive. Rez it and enable the credit cards and pass one to your alt. All you alt needs to do is rez the card and make a withdrawal. Much better than using a object set on your land that you have to go back to to get money or logging in and out of accounts.

Does that paypal account have a balance funded by a bank? If you haven't gotten the account confirmed and with a balance, that could be the problem.

If your paying with a credit card, I would call up the credit card company and see if they stopped the transaction. If so all you need to do is authorize the charge with them.

Oooo, yeah, I forgot about that...your PayPal account has to be verified and that requires an attached bank account.

The paypal account is veriafied and it's funded by the bank.

Or are you and you Mom sharing a PayPal account? That might confuse the system if your other info is different.

Yes. I can't get back on paypal tonight but that hasn't been a problem before. And I tryed that other site it didn't work either so it's on my end.

Yeah, but LL billing has weird issues...I couldn't use my PayPal account for SL for a while, even though it worked fine everywhere else and PayPal customer service assured me there were no problems on their end. It took LL 2 months to fix the issue on my main and I still can't use it for my alts.

I'm not sure why SLExchange wouldn't work, although I do believe they have a waiting period after your initial sign up.

Edit I bought it in game it worked now.

Ill guarantee all these super low trading limits are hurting content creators.

especially people who selling things that Usually a new avatar would buy -

such as shapes, lower/mid range skins, hair, Animation over-riders.

Im convinced this low level trading limit combined with a lame billing system that makes it hard for many to buy Lindens - costs me many prospective sales.
