the only thing I ever did in RL that stemmed from SL (other than marrying my SL sweetheart in RL heh)
We were driving downtown one day, and I saw a building that had the faux patio (2nd story), could not go out on it, it was just there for looks. my first thought, which I said out loud without thinking was... Wow, what a waste of prims! yeah I was embarrassed as it was when hubby and I first got together. He was like... hon, we are not in SL anymore. *hangs head* _____________________

In RL and in other games. I caught myself commenting on the fact that the textures were misaligned on the ramp into exodar in WoW the other night. _____________________

I even get on my Horde toon and offer a bounty if they'll go and burn it to the ground after raiding there. No takers yet, but I'm optimistic. |

Oh just like when I used to play/create for Sims game. I sometimes see someone walking around - like at a mall for instance - and think, interesting face, they'd make a nice (sim/avatar).
Same with hair and clothes, only I don't know how to make those in SL yet only shapes. |

I see misaligned textures in WOW all the time, annoys the heck out of me! LOL or get too close to a plant and it is soooo blurred, the texture is not sharp, blech feel like I am never quite fully rezzing stuff around me _____________________

I have started to nod my head after I finish my sentence the same way the avatar does in the typing animation. And I also sometimes see a person and think they resemble an avatar I have seen. Oh, and I am also guilty of trying CTRL + ALT + zoom on plain webpages.

Ohh, lesse, at one time or another, I have done the following:
Attempted to right click on various people to start a conversation with them. My arm starts to rise, and I freeze for a few moments wondering what is wrong. About to start a conversation in RL with typeyfingers up and at the ready... no .. stop..! Walking in RL like I'm wearing an AO, even trying to switch walks and poses. Scary that one. Trying to edit the kettle, rather than switch it on. Just sit on the seat! you don't need to click on it! Tried to begin my purchase of my item in an RL shop by clicking on it. Doing primcounts on everything around me. |

One day while I was connecting the network connection was rather slow. One of my co-workers came over and asked if I was connected yet. The worst is when I start sentences with "me" (me thinks it might be time for lunch) -- then I sound like a freakin preschooler or just plain dumb. pretend you're being poetic? shakspearean? eh, methinks not. also guilty of using net acronyms IRL conversation (in fact I've used that one). stared at a plywood board trying to figure out what was wrong with it (it wasn't a cube) been half asleep and wondered why I couldn't just teleport to the bathroom. been half asleep and thought I must be in a no script area because my AO obvious didn't work. been half asleep and thought the world wasn't rezzing fast enough. get controls horribly mixed up in guild wars. (ok not quite RL there) commented on machines as "poorly scripted" right clicked webpage buy buttons expecting a pie menu with pay options tripped and blamed it on an invisiprim (ok that was an inside joke with a friend) ETA: saw 100$ items on sale and thought "what a bargain.. oh wait" _____________________
