I think that was more 1960's Network TV, than anything else. After all, in the rejected pilot, the women all wore pants and The 2nd in Command was a woman. ;)
That's good to know. I noticed in the first episode of NG there were women in short skirts but people like me must have complained because then there were a couple of episodes that included male background crew members in those same short skirts. That was a nice save.

Thank you Kaimi and all other well wishers :)- must be working 'cause she is ffeling better and was able to get out of bed with out too much help earlier. I will go see her tonight after work and share everyones good thoughts. She knows about you guys and had told me to thank you all. :)

There were some people who came from Holland for the weekend, and some from Australia who were Convention hopping . They were going to the vegas show before going home.

Now you know why you can stay at a fancy resort during the summer for almost nothing. Most people know better than to come to this part of the country this time of year. :D

As strange as it seems, it is almost as if the desert gets into your blood, it is hard to stay away. It has a strange, very stark beauty to it.

WTF are you talking about? I remember one year of 117. Yuck. Srsly though, I do miss the desert, and 3Ring, anyone who's anyone will tell you that Phoenix sucks no matter what. The rest of AZ is pretty darn neat. I really miss it during the long cold wet winters up here. I dream of the dry heat, sort of roasting my bones, soaking into my muscles... mmm. Sigh. Now I'm missing the desert. :)

Can't deal with the heat. Well....humidity sucks anyway, dont think I've ever really experienced that sorta dry heat, but I burn really easily, so I'd be stuck inside anyway.

I'd choose snow and rain over sun anyday.

I mean't *this* year. I remember that year with the 117 degree temps very well. That kind of gets burned into the brain. :p
